For orders in the UK you will receive your order within 3-5 working days. We aim to ship all orders received before 12pm on the same day.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—just make sure your items are unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Used products or items with damaged packaging can’t be refunded. To start a return,simply fill out our return form. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return used products?
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on any opened or used products. Thanks for understanding!
How quickly will I be refunded?
